Does it cost anything to apply?
No. As an applicant, you never pay for any of the services GuamTemps provides.
How soon can I start working?
Job availability changes daily. Once your application is complete, we'll match you with openings based on your skills and preferences.
What's involved in the application process?
Apply online or stop by our office. After we review your application, a member of our team will schedule an interview. Depending on the role, you may also complete basic safety training or skills testing, and we check references with previous employers.
How often should I contact your office after an interview?
Someone from our team will usually follow up with you within a week of the interview to discuss opportunities that match your qualifications and experience. If you have questions about any opportunity or offer, you can always reach us by phone or email, and we encourage you to stay in touch so we know your availability.
Can I turn down a position?
Yes. You can always decline an assignment, and your feedback helps us find a better match.
What if an assignment isn't working out?
Contact us right away. We may ask you to stay until we find a replacement, but we'll work to fix the situation as quickly as possible.
