How it works

From first call to crew on site

1

Tell us about the project

Location, scope, trades, number of workers, start date, duration and any base-access or wage requirements.

2

Meet with our team

We confirm the details by phone or video call and prepare your quote, often with a visit to your site.

3

We recruit and screen

We source and interview local candidates, run background checks and drug screening, and onboard them before day one.

FAQ

Questions from contractors

Do you work with companies that aren't on Guam yet?

Yes. We work with on-island and off-island employers. We can start by phone, email or video call before your team arrives on island.

What kinds of workers can you provide?

Our focus is construction, light industrial, warehouse and administrative staffing, and we fill roles in many other industries too. Tell us the trades, skills and certifications your contract requires.

Who employs the workers?

On temporary and project assignments, workers are employed and paid through GuamTemps, and we handle payroll, payroll taxes and HR administration. With temp-to-perm or direct hire, they join your payroll.

Can your workers get on base?

Some base and government roles require U.S. citizenship or work authorization and the ability to obtain base access. Tell us your contract's requirements and we'll recruit and screen for them.

How much does it cost?

Every project is different, so we don't publish rates. Your quote depends on the positions, schedule, duration, location and any contract wage requirements.

What time zone are you in?

Guam is on Chamorro Standard Time (ChST, UTC+10), with no daylight saving time. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ChST, and you can email us anytime.
