    We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Relations Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our client. This role provides exceptional customer service in person and over the phone while supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers in the showroom

    • Answer and manage multi-line phone calls professionally

    • Direct customers to appropriate departments or sales staff

    • Take accurate messages and maintain daily activity logs

    Qualifications:

    Job Summary:

    GuamTemps, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience with general labor duties in a construction environment or willing to be trained. You will support a variety of tasks, including site preparation, concrete pouring, cleanup, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate hand and power tools (e.g., trowels, saws, drills, grinders, mixers)

    • Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, loading/unloading materials

    • Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed

    • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

    • Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen

    • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, especially on federally funded sites

    Additional General Duties May Include:

    • Material handling and organization on-site

    • Equipment and tool maintenance

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods)

We are seeking drivers who will be responsible for operating a motor vehicle, driving from the Port Authority of Guam to the work site location based in Tamuning. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attendance, and adherence to all traffic regulations.

    Duties

    • Operate new vehicles, driving them to work site lot.

    Job description:

    Summary

    GuamTemps, Inc. is seeking to hire a Full-Time (Contracted) Driver/Porter. This position works alongside the Service department providing support in the movement of customers vehicles from the welcome area to the technician’s bays. This position will also provide exceptional customer service by safely transporting service customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are turned in for service.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive customers to and from the dealership safely.

    • Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and report any issues.

    • Retrieve serviced vehicles and assist with basic service check-in tasks.

    • Remove protective coverings, check vehicles for cleanliness or damage, and report issues.

    • Keep the lot organized by moving vehicles as directed.

    • Coordinate customer pickups/drop-offs with service advisors.

    • Return keys to the proper areas and help with parts pickups or deliveries.

    • Assist with shop clean-up, battery tests, and basic building/refreshment area upkeep.

    • Follow all traffic laws and maintain a safe environment.

    • Arrive on time and support the team as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Valid Guam Drivers License

    • Must be a Guam Resident

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
