These roles ensure accurate processing of new loan packages and proper preparation of files for long-term storage.

    Contract Duration:
    Immediate start through January 30, 2026

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive and review new loan packets

    • Update client systems with loan information

    • Scan, file, and organize documents

    • Prepare and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness

    • Itemize and log loan records

    • Prepare files for boxing

    • Coordinate and facilitate box storage transfer to the Dewitt facility

    Qualifications

    PROJECT DURATION: October 2025-January 2026

    Responsibilities

    • Assist senior painters with surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, caulking, and cleaning.

    • Mix, match, and apply paints, primers, and sealants under supervision.

    • Mask and protect adjacent surfaces to prevent overspray or damage.

    • Handle, clean, and store painting tools, brushes, rollers, and sprayers properly.

    • Follow safety procedures for handling materials and working on ladders, scaffolds, or lifts.

    • Learn trade techniques and progress toward independent work with increased responsibility.

    Qualifications

    The Customer Service Lot Specialist position works alongside the Service department providing support in the movement of customers vehicles from the welcome area to the technician’s bays. The service Customer Service Lot Specialist will also provide exceptional customer service by safely transporting service customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are turned in for service.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive customers to and from the dealership safely.

    • Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and report any issues.

    • Retrieve serviced vehicles and assist with basic service check-in tasks.

    • Remove protective coverings, check vehicles for cleanliness or damage, and report issues.

    • Keep the lot organized by moving vehicles as directed.

    • Coordinate customer pickups/drop-offs with service advisors.

This position coordinates and directs daily driver assignments to ensure all cargo pickups and deliveries are completed efficiently and on time. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to logistical challenges.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Organize and assign daily delivery and pickup routes for drivers.

    • Anticipate and resolve logistical issues related to trucks, drivers, equipment, safety, and customer needs.

    • Monitor equipment, maintain supply levels, and promote driver safety awareness.

    • Input and update data in the trucking database to support KPI tracking.

    • Dispatch drivers using radio or telephone based on customer requests and job specifications.

    • Coordinate repairs with the Fleet Maintenance Manager to maintain service schedules.

    • Relay work orders and information between drivers, customers, and internal teams.

    • Prepare daily work schedules and alternate routing plans for traffic or road delays.

    • Maintain records of customer requests, work performed, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch documentation.
